I would believe the rules follow the descriptions of possible "positive" seeds. Such as waiting for gach to go well, or waiting for a friend to say "OMG! UNIQUE!".
This whole idea is really interesting, to say the least. I wouldn't mind saving my money a few months down the road when I cube for Decent SE and 30% boss.
