More than that. They make good decisions as a business/company but they provide poor customer service. If you've spend money on your account and if you get hacked but never given your account info to anyone, and if you were to ask them for support, I doubt you would get any. If you continue to get the support, you might find yourself banned lol.

Since you tied in Walmart, if you went into Walmart complaining about a product that does not work as advertised, and they kicked out of the store, I don't think you'd shop at that Walmart again.
