Official Viper "JUMP" Revamp Data

Actually the 2.5x damage from energy charge and super transform more than compensates for the delays and damage nerfs it seems. Demo is i think slightly buffed and so is dragon strike and orb. Orb is insane. 750% dmg * 2.5x @ 810 ms even on a single target is strong as f'uck. I think spamming orb in that situation is stronger than demolition is right now. Demo needs to be faster. 2130 sounds good.
