I was expecting Afrobean to tear Devil a much bigger new one than that... 
As the kid of a law teacher, albeit not in the States, I have to side with Bean on this. Ignorance (particularly willful ignorance) of the law is not an excuse.
It really sucks for Koolk, though. Hope everything works out for him.
I also wonder how much money Nexon actually loses from private servers... My understanding was that the only people that go there already had enough of the regular servers, or were using both simultaneously... Kind of like a testing pad for classes before putting in the ridiculous amount of hours to get a higher level in the real version.
