Also, about damaging Nexon's commercial gains... I wonder how they would reply if you would reply with the question if they're referring to losing profits from Nexon's in-game online gambling system Gachapon. Since on-line gambing is illegal by law in the USA and a lot of other countries in the world, I wonder if damaging illegal commercial gains by Nexon also is Intellectual Property Infringement...
P.S. Yes, Gachapon = Gambling, it doesn't matter if you always get "something", if you also always would get "something" (free drink if you loose instead of 1 million if you win) in a casino, this is still considered gambling, therefore Gachapon = Gambling.
Your account and everything in it is property of Nexon. I don't think it can be considered gambling if you don't gain anything that you actually own.
