What you think about PvP so far?

Nope BS has a pretty long cool down, so do all of our skills like Shout and MM has at least a 15 second cool down. If you didn't know about the inv buff, than I can imagine you don't know much about PvP.

With lag I meant the delay in skills is amplified by lag, and im not talking about nodelay hacks the kiddies use, I'm taking about when you see another person (same class) using skills with delay against you, but he's just 1.5x faster, not stronger, I really mean faster here, per attack with the same skill...
