1. Of course I'm going to continue the repacker. It falls under fair use, and I do not plan on releasing it or any files created with it.
2. Koolk did not get arrested for hacking the WZ files. He got arrested for distributing the Titan source which infringes on Nexon's profit.
3. I do not do any development for FMS. Should FMS get a C&D order, I do have a backup plan for Southperry. Fear not, this site will not disappear with FMS.
4. Nexon could sue me for the illegalities done on this website, but they'd have a hard time in court since this site likely boosts Nexon's profits. It would not be a good move on Nexon's part. I'm sure Nexon knows who I am and what I do. I've been doing patch extraction for over 20 patches. If they wanted to do something, I'm sure they would have stopped me by now.
