What you think about PvP so far?

It's not lag, every dual blade I know has the same delay between their Phantom Blows as me. There's no reason for a Hero's Brave Slash to be faster than it.

Hmmmmm, so you're saying that this lag/delay is intentional and that Hero's / DK's and mages can spam their skills normally, was intented by Nexon?

Orrrrrrrr, did they do a Nexon America, for forget to implement skill delays in -ALL- classes... that would explain a lot, since it NA we're talking about here... :+)
