Unable to foreit "The Master Alchemist"

So, it would appear that I am unable to forfeit these event quests. Seeing as I am no longer an Alchemist, but an Accessory Crafter, this quest is completely useless for me. Is anyone else having this problem?

Also, does anyone know how to properly insert pictures?
