Oh, sorry, I probably should have been more specific.
If you remember a while back Nexon had some events where you could refer your friends to play and both you and them would get prizes if they joined and got to a certain level. I forgot how it worked though, either you sent them an email with a link or they had to enter your character name when they signed up.
I remember seeing a post about it right around the time we got the Chaos patch notes but now I can't find it.
