I haven't cwkpqed since chaos, but from what I've heard, in the first two days of chaos, finishing stage 4(?) of cwkpq caused the entire channel to crash. Nexon realized this could be used to dupe, and that they couldn't fix it without a patch, so they made the CWK entrance portal take people to henyses. Either this, or the portal magically rerouted itself to henyses for no reason 2 days after chaos.
