@khainiwest: thats because theres only 1 mod on nexon forums, and its full of kids posting here. when they start moderating the forum, it will be better.
Their entire attitude reflected by their TOS is "If you don't like it, quit." Maplestory is like a fast food restaurant job, an extremely fast employment refresh rate, so it doesn't matter how you treat them, because you just get a fresh batch later. They advertise for that very reason, to keep up that refresh rate.
And no, that's not what I meant. Players go on that forum and complain about scrolls failing and how they deserve reimbursement as the %'s are obviously glitched. Cleaning it up is irrelevant, the content which Hime specifically has to deal with, leaves her a perspective that she passes a long to the company, as she's the closest thing to a "human lifeline" there is to nexon. So if Hime assumes the game is full of obnoxious 12 year olds with limited understanding of responsibilty and a GIMME GIMME persona, the corporation isn't going to think any differently.
