Pick something you like and that you can talk about for as long as your Paladin guide. If anyone just picks any of the topics you listed, you'd end up writing it then by 2 pages, you run out of content to discuss. Have an idea of how much grounds you can cover to last you three pages. Also, if you liked any of those three topics you listed, you should be able to flip a 3-sided-coin and easily talk about any of the topics.
