MSEA v1.06 patch notes

Only reason i can think of for why SEA is doing changes to masteria is either

1) GMS is doing changes themselves and gave it to other versions because it's better.
2) SEA is awesome.

Hope it's the first one.

Everything we get, SEA has/gets a better version of (as I'm sure you know).
CWKPQ with 4 slot MoNs, 18-20 stat scar/targa hats, Neo Tokyo, NX-less Evans.
I'm sure there's more, but nothing off the top of my head.

Edit: Imagine if GMS had Chaos CWKPQ (would be funny).
