The logic follows that the severeness of the crime mandates the severeness of the punishment after all. You're right there. Nexon needs to make this issue black and white. They need to stop standing around picking their noses when people do pomegranate like this. They need to outright ban them permanently. These people don't care about the game. You've all said so yourselves -- all that matters is what's best for you. There shouldn't be any risk assessment involved. They need to put the fear of god into you and make you know that if you do wrong YOU WILL BE PUNISHED SEVERELY.

It's ironic that a company that cares so little about customer retention is so afraid of removing people from the game, really.
