Signs of Alien PQ coming back?

To dismiss the thought that those who have already gone can go again with someone else leading. Everybody in the party MUST be eligible for the whole party to be allowed entrance.

problem is not everyone 120+ can go, only a certain group.

i am thinking it's only those that completed the 120+ pq after the event ended, i think there was a quest that activated, but i am unsure, anyone has a quest called "unidentified spaceship" in their completed ones?
