Protection Scrolls Released in GMS

transfer the skunk to another char that hasn't done the quest, and redo it on that char, that's what fixed it long ago, dunno if still

Kenta's Advice quest is actually repeatable again, but it doesn't yield any rewards (no closeness nor faster pets). I've done it at least 10 times on my NL just to make sure I wasn't lag completing the quest, but that definitely wasn't the case. Broken quest is broken.
