First one seems the most interesting.
Second one should run more like a research paper than an argumentative essay. Unless you're going to gloss over details which just underlies the purpose of the paper.
The third one seems too ambitious yet boring at the same time. Everyone has their own opinion on what is driving terrorists. Terrorists are people also and could possibly have their own intentions rather than fitting into some 2-dimensional model concocted by an individual simply because they looked at some trends and then formed an opinion.
