Never did. It was always twin swords.

Though, thinking about it logically, his twin swords shouldn't have been able to be thrown around to cut people up so accurately. A pair of maces on chains would be significantly easier to wield than those swords.

OT: I think that Blunt Weapons fit the Demon Slayer class perfectly well. The AoE skills it uses all look rather brutal, and an axe isn't quite as brutal as a hammer. Also, this class seems to be like the dark version of a Paladin, so Blunt Weapons would make sense there as well. I do, however, think that this class should have the ability to use either Axes or Blunt Weapons, since both weapon types are underused and can easily go with the class. Not to mention the fact that scrolls for Axes and Blunt weapons won't be as expensive if both are viable options, rather than having only one of the two being extremely expensive while the other is dirt cheap.
