How can a dexless Warrior reach 170 Dexterity within reason?

Well at the moment I'm at 100 dex without really trying. My idea was to acquire a +45 dex CZAK from my friend, that has 15% str and 9% dex and that would put me I believe at 154.

This isn't intended as a show off thread or such, I'm actually trying to reach 170 dex without using specific dex gear.

My items as of writing this:
5 dex earrings (u/h( can't change them for better dex earrings),
40 stat pendant,
zero dex shoes ( can't change them)
a % str cape without slots but my concern is that it might be a bit ugly with dex WS'd onto it
Chair King Medal
13 Dex Pants with 2 slots and u/h, I plan to finish them when I can.

All four of the best rings I can use, save for Zring. I'll probably be able to add a book and shoulder pendants and even a new ring that add dex as well.

1 dex top (can't change it)

well yeah this is my way to ask a question without mentioning what specific gear I have because it could be considering "bragging" as getting specific advice on basil always is (sarcasm)
