3/ You can only hold leadership to any sign-up squad once in a row. I believe expedition works the same way, but it's been so effortless that I had to pay it hardly any attention.

The thing with the blacklist is, even if you blacklist them, they can sign up right over again, making it pretty obsolete and pointless. I was just wondering if there was a way around it, lol.
