Name one that doesn't suck. I don't know much about prisons... I know a little about system in USA and latin america and both fail at rehanilitating because they're more focused on "punishing". What about other counties? o.o

lolwut?

Iirc, America has one of the largest incarceration rates in the world. It is nearly 1% of the population. The current prisons are mostly just a place to put people so they don't commit more crimes against society, but not much else. I believe European prisons are far better off. For example, iirc, Serbia really hard to rehabilitate prisoners. Inmates and guards generally have a good relationship because they both understand the goals. I've seen a woman's prison that allowed for women to care for their children inside jail. They were given a more "homey" cell and it really encouraged the mothers to get better so they could have a real life with their children.

And healthcare isn't a right. Necessities aren't necessarily rights. Food and water, for example, are necessities but you aren't obligated to feed everyone. If a "right" requires for you to take someone else's resources then it isn't a right. In fact, that is violation of that person's right to property. You do, however, have a right to attempt to earn the food.
