It's a remake.
I don't see why it has to have the most money dumped in it than any other game. Granted it's in the Guiness Book of World Records for the highest rated video game of all time, but god damn. Why the hell would they spend so much money on a video game that's not much more than a port to a portable console? It's a waste of money. Just because the sales were great so far, it doesn't mean they didn't anticipate the sales not to be good because of the fact it's a rehashed game.
