Yeah Ch 1 in Windia has sick spawn. If its a hack, it is a hack that lasts even after the hacker has left the map. In ch1 I created a party with trusted friends and guildes (not hackers) and the spawn remained faster than normal over several hours. I never saw any hacking activity on the map.
