Rex PQ massive experience exploit/glitch

Meh in the sense that no one is going out of their way to do this they are just trying to finish a PQ.

That's absurd. The hundreds of people who flocked to the PQ when they found out it could be abused are clearly going out of their way to exploit it.
The fact it's not something that took technical skills or 3rd party software to accomplish does not make it any less of an exploit.
