Empress's Minions drop Lv.140 equips.

Booming is irrelevant. Here's why. Standard price for the item if it's unpot, again at a great discount. 2 line: standard price. 3 line: standard price. However, it's actually the loot that we're selling when we used to need actual groups for czak instead of current duos or trios. If the looter gets a 3 line, fantastic, they really got their money's worth! These 140 equips are tradeblocked until usage of a cs item right? So it'd be the same issue.

As for the guild thing it works quite well most of the things you brought up aren't a problem. The way your talking about donating is just breeding comptition which is dumb its a group effort everyone going on the runs knows right from the start "hey I'm getting the items I want and making money at the same time" as for people donating different amounts that can simply be discussed.

I'd say that comes down to what's best for the individual vs what's best for the group. Sure, it's better for the individual to get first pick on items that drop that they may want, but that's actually not better for the group. It's better for the group to get cash from the runs so they can fund themselves in other matters, and everyone is standard. Everyone gets paid the same amount and can do with it whatever they want; be it save up, spend it on a discounted drop from a run, spend it on repotting apples or whatever, it's their money. But the priority is getting runners the money from the run in a timely manner, and in a way that doesn't rip us off. As a host to some of the pb runs we did, the last thing I want to do is rip off those i'm running with. So to know where the market stands is absolutely pertinent to giving the runners the best deal on an item from the run, and that cannot be known until items have entered the market and been sold at a consistent, or fairly consistent rate.

Yes, this is true. But none of the runners I run with would prefer to pay significantly more than they could if they just wait a week or two. If I sell that runner the item for much less than I should considering the market and standard price, then other runners might get frustrated and lose faith in me unless I give other super discounts, and those discounted paid mesos don't go to me mind you, they go out as splits to the other runners. So severely underselling to a runner actually hurts everyone that gets splits.

Lol, I think I know the process of bringing in new equips and valuable items to the market and creating a new market for said items better than you, and I assure you my way works out quite well, and there is no reason to change it. Everyone benefits my way, I just allow flexibility for buyers to react. I think you're forgetting that as the host of runs like this, it is not only in my best interest, but also my goal to make the runners as rich as quick as I can. Finding the balance between speed of sale and price of item is variable depending on who you ask, but keep the previous sentence in mind when you think about it.

As a matter of fact, I don't have 13k nx. I didn't cube all my gear. And i'm not super rich. Your sentiment is one I hear from a lot of low levels and i'm quite surprised to hear it from someone like you, that's been around for a while and is a fairly high level. All high level players aren't rich. Do you know how much top of the line gear costs? Not a single item i'm wearing on my character is under max mesos, most of it is actually over 3b in value. Where do you think those mesos come from? I can tell you how it worked for me: boss runs. The mesos I make from bossing goes right back into gear. To upgrade my gear is extremely expensive. It takes a while to save up.

I can also deduct that you don't organize many runs. Getting all the players that said they'll come to a run, actually together, isn't an instant thing. People being late, not having their quests done, not showing up at all, is extremely frustrating and unfortunately common. And when streamlining the run to be as efficient as possible, each person is invaluable. I guess you're lost sight that runs consist of people, and people are inconsistent. It's hard enough actually getting a double run done, and that's without us even going anywhere. Doing a double run AND APQing would be an insane hassle. You just don't seem to understand.

Lol.

Well you do it your way if that works for you that's fine however my way gets what your trying to do done faster people are still getting paid even if someone is looting an equip that part you seem to be forgetting.

I've lead more if not the same amount of boss runs you have and believe me I know all of the variables that go into it The way I do it you don't have many people showing up without their quest done as we do them as a group a few days before. Sometimes they don't show or something comes up we go again either earlier in the day of the run(if possible) or a few hours before the run starts before. As for people coming to apq for one who said the apq had to be on the same day? It could be days before since they are people you can talk to them find out how many can go at say Monday night 7 pst and the run is Wednesday. For HT with plate collections I'm sure most people have lower lvl chars they play and ores dropped plenty its a simple matter of refining those. It's just a matter of finding when people are on and can come we all have a life outside of this game. All I ask for is for you to give 15-20 minutes out of the day we do the said apq to help out. You make it seem like a chore last time I checked this is a game the minute this game becomes a chore is the minute I delete this game off my computer

As for the not having nx that's bull with all the mesos you get from your run simply buy it off someone. I know that most high lvls aren't rich Hell I'm broke myself have been for most of my time playing maple Yet I manged to get some decent equips buy some nx off people to get a few things. I'll say it again its not that its not practical you just don't want to and that's fine your way works for you and your people mine works for me and my people.
