Good News, Nexon America has answered my questions. Here is their email (their answers are in red):

First of all, I am allowed to use again the content from GMS?

Yes, you are permitted to use gMS content as long as the information isn’t used for monetary gain or to perform any actions prohibited by the EULA.

What about the other game clients? I am allowed to use them all including Korea?

Yes as long as it isn’t used for monetary gain or to perform actions prohibited by the EULA.

Would it be possible for you to create a letter in a similar fashion as the one from the Cease & Desist letter from Korea but explaining the same that appears in this email? The reason for this is to show it in my site instead of a copy/paste from this email.

Isn't Nexon going to stablish any rules regarding the use of their name in the site and/or programs? For example, I must use their logo inside the site and/or programs.

We appreciate the usage of disclaimers that the properties used belong to Nexon and Nexon America. Placement of logos and disclaimers is up to you.

What about my advertising in the site? Although I can't control what appears in those since they are Google Ads, can I continue using them? Their income is what keeps the hosting of the site running.

Many fansites use ads so we do not have an issue with this. We would appreciate in the long run the removal of ads that violate EULA.

Can I keep developing new ideas on the programs? The last time I asked Nexon America about this they prohibited such actions.

New ideas are welcomed but we cannot assure you at this time if your new developments will comply to our copywrite or trademarks. However, if you have any concerns on what you wish to develop you can contact us. We will be more than happy to possibly provide guidance and/or support.
