Wrong. He could not. The cease and desist came from Nexon of Korea. Which is a separate entity. While Nexon of America can submit formal requests to their parent company to change their mind, the call is still not NexonAM's to make. If he put it back up right now he does risk legal action at the hands of Nexon of Korea, as they own all content, including that of GMS exclusives, as it was still made and copyrighted by NexonKR.
NexonAM being on his side is definitely a good thing, but it isn't over.
