I pronounce it with a non-silent g, but since it's a made up word, there's probably no correct answer. If you never ever heard the word ignorant for example, you could easely mistake it to be ign-or-ant, instead of ig-no-rant.
Same thing with the server names. How do you pronounce Yellonde? I do it french-y xD (And fantasize a frenchman saying "aaaah Yellonde")

Made up words can definitely have official pronunciations.

Sinus sounds better than signus to me too. When I first heard her say it like signus, I for some reason kept thinking about sigma from megaman.
