Dumb idea that only hurts the economy.
It sounds nice on paper, but it's retarded in actual gameplay. Take kMS for example, they implemented something similar to this. For every level you are higher than the mob, the EXP received is lower and the drops are limited to etc. Not really that great right? Well since trying to implement something similar but rather with a new store that sells you Mastery Books, you no longer have a source of equips (not that many people hunted for scrolls anyway...). With a large flow of mesos in the economy, making books "cheaper and available to all" only gives off the sense of inflation since more mesos are still in the economy. It's like playing fire with fire. Honestly though, the moment you get that kMS anti-botting thing you'll probably stop complaining about it.
