Either the original [Rec] (Quarantine) or the Saw series.
The saw series CAN be classified as horror, but it's also very psychological. He gives people choices, but those two choices lead to death no matter what. Whether it's being trapped to a rib ripping mechanism and the only way of escaping is dipping your hand into the jar full of acid to get the key.. or to being strapped by heavy chains from your ankles, back of the neck, elbows, back, and of course.. the JAW. You can either beat the clock and rip out all the chains, or just wait till your body is in 1 million different places.
