I might be wrong, but it is looking like it works exactly like it does in a private server. But, passives might be job locked, meaning that when he reaches 4th job again he would get control of Berserk. But, he is going to have to get to 4th job again to confirm that.
Justin, Rush is weapon locked right? Dark Knight Rush should only work with Spears and Polearms unless they changed something.
There's an easy way to test the critical rate deal. Just look at your stats. Your stats now have a number right under your attack that says your crit rate, ever since Big Bang. If Critical Eye works across classes with this system, it would easily be shown there, it would head back to 5% if it didn't work with other weapons.
If Passives are locked out then I don't see the point to the Rebirth System what so ever. A good amount of Actives are linked to your weapon, which means if you can't equip over classes (Which I don't know if anyone has tested or not), then like 90% of skills would be locked out, and there would be no purpose to rebirthing at all.
