TL resetting dice 1s is useful. Double useful if you can use dice twice...but if you TL dice and roll again the buffs don't stack regardless of what you roll. Having two dice rolls would only serve to double your chance of getting 4/5/6. Having max TL would probably just double your chances every 20 minutes.
