Yeah, but meanwhile there's bound to be skills you can't/won't use from your previous 4th job, especially since the belief is that you can't use previous classes' weapons. If that's true, then there's no need to get any skills you can't possibly use if you branch between class types. A Mage going Warrior(Random example) won't need to learn any skills that require a wand, since Warriors can't use Wands at all, therefore there's absolutely no reason to go to 200 to change, because half your skills won't mean anything and will have absolutely no effect anyway.
