Yeah, but the point is, it's strongly recommended to get to 200 before rebirthing cause if you rebirth the second you hit 120, you lose all the 4th job skills you could have gotten from your previous job. Reaching level 200 guarantees you maximum Skill gain in which you can use for your rebirthed job.
