Hmmm..after reading the two archer things I believe that it's very possible a new archer legend can come..
"The power of the gale" can refer to a very agile archer much like the wind.
"A more powerful arrow aimed at the enemy heart" could also mean a more powerful archer but if anything THAT mean revamp. I believe the first sentence, if anything, will be your best bet at guessing a legend to come out. Guess we shall see this week.
