I already did a comparison between the skills in JP and ENG too. I still see Mana Reflection and Holy Shield in the JP skill lists.

Reading that URL a bit (with google translate), I find the following points:
- You can rebirth only once, to a level 10 character of another job.
- KoC can rebirth to adventurer.
- Your AP and SP is resetted, but you keep your skills (okay, how does this work?)
- You can redo all quests.
Actually, it seems that it's a level 120 skills, which makes me think that only KoCs can only rebirth to another KoC or some adventurer class. =O
