That would somewhat crash with my logic. I always thought, ever since their removal of channel 20, that channel 1 was its own server, 2 and 3 was its own server, 4-5... etc. In my logic, 13 and 14 would thus not be paired.
Does this mean that 17-18-19 is either slow, or that 19 is fast?
