[Notice] Bellocan (Channels 13, 14) Service Notice

Every server CAN be, but doesn't HAVE to be on a separate server. Most of the time, there are like 4~6 channels per server (depends on server population).

So most likely the last 2 channels of the Bellocan world are on some server that needs to be replaced / rebooted / used for something else (test server? ) somehow...

I was always under the impression that there were 2 channels per server, I guess because they almost always take channels down in pairs.
