Uhhh, sorry if I sound really dumb, but is it suppose to say "Ignore 15% of target's ATT"? isn't it suppose to be DEF? :S...

i'm so confused, is that a good thing?

also I've gotten a rare 15% "PDR" on a hellsing before :/
