Premium Cubes, Weapons and PDR Ignore Potential

but what about classes like heroes that ignore a whopping 40% pdr on their own? or with attacks that ignore a good amount of pdr already? not even bringing DrK's to the table because they don't benefit from it almost at all, unless you are too scared to use sacrifice.
