There aren't any chlorine in plastic bottles. O.o

The only thing that may be considered dangerous to you, is the antimony trioxide that bottles may contain. However, this doesn't exactly turn into gas unless you've managed to heat the bottle up to 2700 F.

Only thing a fire will create is CO2 (and CO if the combustion isn't proper).
