When it's lowering your overall damage i'd say it is. Save a few pots vs doing the most possible damage you can dish out, no contest.

Oh you mean the ONE and ONLY book that drops from zak and instantly maxes the skill out? Also requires scissors of karma to sell, yeah I doubt that's going to be going up in price. Also phantom blow is more than likely to be added into your job skill book after the patch with maxed out slots for skill points.
