Are you guys serious? That's a form reply as well. Pretty sure I've seen this very text posted here before. They do so many false auto-bans (what the OP called "glitch ban"), which they then lift but for some reason don't erase from your history, that they have a form letter just to deal with those cases of people wanting to world-transfer after having had an auto-ban lifted (months and months before).
