Isn't this stupid?

Well I had an account that was glitched banned in July of 2010(according to nexon). So I sent them a ticket saying this.

ME:

Hello there Nexon Employee. I have been wondering why I can't world transfer? I was glitched banned in July 2010. I don't know why I'm not allowed to do this. It stupid. Why would you not let me. All I wanted to do was to move. If you think about this its kinda stupid. All I want to do is change worlds because I don't like the world that I'm in. I don't want to change worlds and make a whole new charcter again. Thats stupid. Can I just please move worlds?

Thank you for reporting this issue. Unfortunately, due to your account's abuse history, you are not able to purchase this item at this time. However, we have started the process to have the ban history removed as you have been cleared for this. This process will take 2 weeks to complete. After the ban history is removed you will still need to wait an additional 30 days to be able to purchase this item.
