Buccs probably need a "GUARD" skill that functions off of a set percentage rather than a boost to raw avoid.

Well, if they were to do as Dusk suggested, then it would make sense for Super Transform to have something like a block + kb effect like Guardian does, but make it so the effect is passive and then has a higher chance of activating when the player is transformed. After all, blocking is just as important as attacking to a fist fighter.
