Wind Booster/Speed Infusion does increase my weapon attack speed for both cannon + torp. If it didn't, I wouldn't have added it to the list.
And AN ENTIRELY NEW SKILL FOR STANCE ON BATTLESHIP that maxes out in 10 points, possible.
