I liked this idea I read on basil: Time leap passively reduces cooldown of your skills, so at max you won't have any downtime on transformation and dice.
And how about shockwave being replaced by a dragon roar -kinda skill as a 3th job ultimate? It could consume energy from your bubble so it's not spammable
