Does 30% boss work in LHC?

I always assumed the increased PDrate from LHC boss flagged monsters "negates" the 30% boss damage increase in comparison to reg mobs, but it seems like 30% boss doesn't work on them at all. I know they are boss flagged, and confirmed with taunt not working on them. I haven't done any solid data collecting but I know my damage on bosses and my damage on LHC monsters certainly do not match. Can anyone confirm/deny 30% boss working for you?
