These sound official enough for me; it's even listing events of some sort. I'm reading the page in japanese, which yields a slightly less borked translation.
F/Ps:
- DoT damage and poison damage now stack. I assume they mean fire and poison, but didn't it do that before?
- Fire Arrow: At a 50% chance, inflict 10s of DoT damage (doesn't say the %s, odd). The weird thing is, on fire weaks, it has a 100% chance to inflict, and on fire-based monsters, it has 0% chance.
- Poison Breath: Increase in number of monsters hit and damage. No mention of DoT changes to it.
- Magic Mastery: Mastery level lowered to 10.
-Explosion: Same deal as with FA, 50% chance to inflict 10s of DoT damage, doesn't say at what percentage.
I'm guessing they changed how DoT works, but there's no further info on that.
- Buff Mastery: now apparently applies to party members?
- Meteo: More damage.
- Fire Beam (new skill): Gives a fire elemental property to party members' attack skills.
- Big Bang: Removed.
I/Ls:
- Thunderbolt (?): Stuns at a 50% rate, same deal with the DoT on Fire arrow stuns at 100% rate on lit-weaks, zero chance on lit-based monsters.
- CL: Add the same stun rate, same deal as Thunderbolt.
- Blizzard: More damage, but loses DoT.
- Ice Curtain (new skill): Protects party members; people close to the archmage reflect 100% of all fire-based attacks back. Doesn't seem very useful, but god knows if this is what it actually does.
Clerics:
- Holy Arrow: Hits more monsters.
- Heal: Master level changed to 20.
- Summon Dragon: No longer requires summoning rocks.
- (I think Holy Shield?): Protects from nearly all statuses.
- Genesis: Does more damage.
- Angel Beads (new skill): Summons a sphere that hangs above you, apparently. Given certain conditions (doesn't say which), gives a massive increase in attack power (magical and physical) to party members.
- Your something something (new skill): Raises skill levels, improves Stance and Critical rates for party members. Not at all sure about the skill levels part, could somebody re-check this?
- Infinity is gone. (just theirs, not the Archmages')
